Many companies provide matching grants to organizations that their employees support (either with their time or $). We'd like to help JCUMC Scout families interested in requesting a grant from their employers for the SACK. Here you should be able to find the necessary documentation to support a grant request from your employer. Process

1. Research: the Matching Grant process at your employer. In most companies, you'll start in HR. The process has already been researched for the following companies:

2. Fill out company application:
   • Attach supporting documentation (e.g. Tax Exemption Letter).
   • Notate on application the following information, if requested:

3. Mail: application and documentation to your company contact.
4. Notify SACK contact: email Mark Youngman, notifying him to expect followup questions and/or a check.
5. Followup: with your company contact, and Mark, within a reasonable period of time to ensure the request was followed up on.
6. Share: your company's process & forms with us, so we can make them available to other Scout families at your company.
